Nantgarw China Works Museum
Nantgarw House, Tyla Gwyn, Nantgarw, CF15 7TBNantgarw China Works, renowned for its world-famous porcelain, is the last surviving 19th-century porcelain factory in the UK. Now a museum, it preserves traditional craft skills, offers workshops, and continues to produce exquisite porcelain using the original two-century-old recipe. Visitors can enjoy tea and cake in the on-site tea room and browse the museum shop, which sells unique ceramics, jewellery, prints, and cards, all crafted on site.
Getting to Nantgarw China Works Museum
By Car: Free car park opposite the museum.
By Train: Closest train station is Taffs Well, from which the 132 bus can be taken.
By Bus: Take the 132 bus and stop at Nantgarw, if coming from Cardiff.

Open from Wednesday till Saturday from 10am till 4pm, with last entry an hour before close.
